Your first visit

Everything you need before you come, from the booking page to the mirror.

Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a service on the booking page. A first visit begins with a consultation, and a deposit holds the time and goes toward your service.

Step 2: What to bring
A photo of a look you like, and a note of anything that has been on your hair. If you wear a covering, bring it: it has a hook of its own.

Step 3: When you arrive
Your confirmation has the street door code and the suite number. Park behind the building and come to Suite 2, about five minutes early.

Step 4: What to expect
The door closes, you take your covering off if you like, and we talk. A first cut takes about an hour and a quarter.
